Today...we shall see Yellowstone

We spent the night in Cody, Wyoming. This is the preserved original site of the town of Cody. There's a saloon where "Buffalo" Bill Cody once frequented.
This was a free museum in Cody that used miniature models to re-create the different times of the Wild West culture in Wyoming.

Certainly, worth the trip over to the museum.

General Custer's last stand.
A U.S. Calvary fort.

Very detailed model.

Some local Wyoming wildlife.

On the way to Yellowstone from Cody. Never figured out what this house was supposed to be.

On the way to Yellowstone....Buffalo Bill State Park.

More of Buffalo Bill State Park.

This was Buffalo Bill's hunting lodge.Another picture of Buffalo Bill's hunting lodge.

We made it to Yellowstone.
The lady with the toddler didn't see the coyote until we told her. She about had a heart attack.

Waiting for the Old Faithful to erupt.

There she goes!!!

See our video of Old Faithful being.....well.....faithful.

Stephen standing at the continental divide.

Entering the Grand Teton National Park.

Finally....a MOOSE!!

A picture doesn't really capture the beauty of actually being there.

The boys with an amazing view of the Tetons.

....the hills are alive with the sound of music....

Stopping to rest after a busy day....from Cody....through Yellowstone....through the Grand Tetons....and ending the day in Casper, Wyoming at the Holiday Inn Express.
